Reserving Your Ticket

For the majority of our films, we use a reserved seating system that allows you to choose your seat in our theaters. You can purchase tickets in advance or at the door. Because of our more intimate theater sizes, we sometimes have sell-outs and recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time. Also, purchasing in advance guarantees that you will be able to nab your preferred seat!

There are a few ways to purchase a ticket at FilmScene:

ONLINE
Members sign in using their Member Number and Last name for all discounts.

Non-members must create an online account before purchasing tickets. This is set up to ensure your purchase is secure.

AT OUR BOX OFFICE
Both the Chauncey and Ped Mall locations are staffed one hour before the first showtime of the day.

24/7 TICKETING KIOSK
For early morning or late night ticketing, we have a 24/7 ticketing kiosk open at our Chauncey Box Office to purchase tickets at your convenience.

Our box office phone number is (319)358-2555. Please note, our box office hours are limited to hours of operation. We are staffed one hour before the first showtime of the day, during operational hours we may be assisting in-house customers but please leave a message and we will be happy to return your call to process a purchase over the phone.
